For that, we follow strict quality control and quality assurance practices in compliance with ISO 22716 and ISO 9001. In some cases, if insisted by our buyers we also extend support for any Third-party inspection before e dispatch of goods. For cosmetic products quality defects and consumer complaints can occur due to several factors like improper storage conditions, poor handling in transportation, skin and hair type of the consumers, false label claims on the product artworks or product promotional materials, production defects, and many more. Except for the production defects, none of the reasons is in the control of the manufacturer. So, we can assure our clients against manufacturing/production defects only. For consumer complaints of the other types, we extend our support to our clients in the best possible way so that the clients can handle the complaints with the consumer in a better way at their end.

We have a very good network of suppliers, which we have selected by following a special "Supplier Assessment System" and most of them are also supplying to many multinational companies and can reliably supply quality products to us. We keep on adding new suppliers’ year-on-year bases. So, we can procure the required RM & PM by maintaining higher quality standards for manufacturing the products from these suppliers. Especially for PM, wherever required, we can give you various options to select for your products during product development. However, if you have assessed and selected any supplier and you want us to buy any specific RM or PM from that supplier only. We can consider sourcing that specific RM & PM from your suggested supplier as per the terms you would have decided with that supplier.

We consider developing the products as per your required specifications. It's your product and you have every right to decide from whom you need PM for your products; however, the purchase material quality and supplier's reliability are the key components for smooth production planning. If you are confident enough that your referred supplier will be reliable, do share the details of the supplier and its product with us. Our purchase team will assess the supplier if it is new. Also, we may require selected packaging samples to check if the same is suitable for the product we selected and with our existing filling & packaging technology. If we found any issues with the selected product or supplier, we will share our observations with you. And based on your suggestions we will proceed further and raise PO to the supplier considering the terms agreed upon between you and your suppliers. We will process payments to the supplier in such cases as per the agreed payment terms provided that your due payments with us are cleared.

Yes! Why not. We never miss any opportunity where we can be of any help to the Brand Owners. Regulatory norms vary from country to country so we first need to understand exactly what documents and any other things like product samples etc. are required for registering products in the country of Import. Once you provide these details, we would provide you with documents and details which is readily available to us or can be developed by my team itself like certificates, product specifications, COA, MSDS, etc. within a week. For the rest of the documents we help and support you in the best possible ways to get them from the respective government or other departments. We can also arrange product samples (in non-printed packaging) for registration or testing if required.
